I am a psychotherapist and a person with anxiety. I was touched by COVID-19 personally and professionally. To cope, I focused on my senses. I listened to good music, ate amazing food, watched my favorite movies, wrapped myself in softness and warmth and filled my home with smells that brought me clarity, safety & happiness. Making these candles gave me the ability to cope with the pandemic and quarantine. I hope that they do some of that for you too.
