Brian Harrigan

Brian Harrigan has been in the food service industry for over 45 years, starting at the ripe age of 12. He brings experience from the restaurant, hotel and supermarket arenas. Prior to joining ShopRite, Brian worked as a manager in the Food and Beverage industry and as a Deli/Food Service Manager for the Genaurdi Family. Brian worked with Browns to create their Fire Grilled Chicken recipe, which their customers have been enjoying with family and friends for years. Brian can help you with every catering need, whether you would like party platters from the deli, a full Fire Grilled Chicken Dinner or anything you need for entertaining.



Annie Tsai

chefannie200Annie Tsai is the owner of "The Wok" Asian Cuisine, located in the Shoprite of Fairless Hills, owned and operated by the Brown Family. Annie grew up in the family restaurant business specializing in all types of cuisine. She found a love for creating Asian recipes from her heritage, which later resulted in the successful business she operates today. She and her husband James began a partnership with the Shoprites operated by the Brown family in 2011, bringing fresh and appetizing Chinese food to their Philadelphia stores.
